Reporting a Bug
The more specific you can be, the faster it gets fixed. Helpful details:
- Which course or hole it happened on, and the page you were playing from.
- Your browser and device — for example "Safari on iPhone" or "Chrome on Windows".
- What you did immediately before it went wrong, and what you expected instead.
- A screenshot, if the problem is something you can see.
Correcting Course Data
If a hole is the wrong shape, a bunker is missing, or a hole is absent entirely, the cause is almost always the underlying map data rather than the game. Our layouts are converted from OpenStreetMap, so there are two useful routes:
- Fix it at the source. Corrections made in OpenStreetMap improve every project that uses the data, not just this one. Tell us once you have, and we will regenerate the course.
- Or just tell us. Send the course and hole number and we will look at whether our converter is mismatching a green to the wrong tee.
Our About page explains the conversion process and the known limitations if you want the background first.
Trademark and Course Name Enquiries
Real course and hole names are used descriptively, to identify which layout a set of holes was derived from. This site is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any club, tour, or governing body. If you represent a course and would like a name, description, or layout changed or removed, email the address above and we will respond promptly.
Suggesting a Course
Requests for new courses are welcome. Whether one is possible depends almost entirely on how thoroughly it has been mapped in OpenStreetMap — a course with tagged greens, tees and bunkers can be converted, while a course mapped only as an outline cannot.
